iOS Developer Tutu: suburban
As the only iOS developer on the project, I take part in the "defrosting" of the project after a long downtime. On the project, I am engaged in technical improvements, writing new functionality, updating tests, refactoring, and implementing new company solutions.
From the very first days of work, I undertook an in-depth technical refactoring, migrating from the outdated RXFeedback architecture based on UDF principles and RxSwift to The Composable Architecture, a UDF architecture built on Combine. This migration was accompanied by updates to technical documentation, unit tests, UI and snapshot tests, as well as approaches to manual testing. Additionally, interactions with the database and internet were overhauled. Approximately 75% of the codebase was updated during this process. These improvements had a significant impact on the project’s business metrics: the app's loading speed increased by 110%, and the number of critical errors decreased by 80%.
I also developed new modules for the application, incorporating cutting-edge technologies. For instance, I implemented several widgets using WidgetKit, including those compatible only with iOS 18. Additionally, I worked on improving the ticket purchase flow, which resulted in a 25% increase in user conversion rates for purchases. The number of users buying tickets through the app grew significantly, while the number of support inquiries to the team decreased.

iOS Developer Moscow Metro
I am one of the five iOS-developers who participated in the creation of the app for the Moscow metro. In February 2021, this app won the AVA Digital Awards Platinum Award for Public Sector Applications.
👨💻 As a solo AppClip programmer for the main application of the Moscow Metro. This was discussed and presented at the highest level for the organization due to the close interaction with Apple LLC. The huge modules of the router and the replenishment of the balance of the Moscow transport system were compressed into 10 MB (originally it was 180). A lot of work has been done to optimize the current application modules and refine them for the new user interface.
🏙 In October-November 2021, I prepared a stand of the Moscow Government at the Dubai Expo 2020 exhibition with an application demonstrating the possibilities of paying by a person in Moscow transport. The application, originally adapted for both iPad and iPhone, demonstrated the functionality of Face Pay - face scanning, the adaptation of a crystal for human recognition by a turnstile. CrashFree is 100% and only excellent reviews from visitors. More than 40,000 people have used the app in 2 weeks of operation.
During the work on the project, I implemented solutions that have been successfully integrated and continue to be used to this day. These initiatives helped to increase the monthly audience from 10,000 to 100,000 downloads per month, and also led to a noticeable 8-12% increase in the project's profit. Usage of key app features has also increased.
